How to add a twitter follow button with or without number of followers-

Twitter is one of the most important Social Media platform. More the twitter followers, more the chances we have to get the traffic on our website or blog through twitter. If we install a twitter widget on our blog or website it may help us to enhance the number of our twitter followers.

Twitter Widget

We can do it very easily by adding a small HTML code to our blog’s HTML file. We can add this widget in two ways, with displaying the numbers of our followers and without displaying the number of our followers. There will be a small difference in the HTML code with displaying number of followers and without followers. In the forgoing paragraphs, I will explain the procedure to install the widget with number of followers and without number of followers -

   

Installing Twitter follow button with number of followers

Loging to your blogger dashboard using your credentials.

Go to lay out.

 

Click Add a gadget.

Selact HTML/Java Script. 

Now a popup will appear.

Now copy the following script and paste it in the box.

Replace  “Compualchemist”  with your twitter user name. if you don’t change it, my account will appear on your page.

Change "medium" to “large” or “small” to change the size of the display to appear on your page.

Please save the changes.

Installing Twitter follow button button without displaying number of followers

Rest of the procedure and the HTML script to be used are exactly the same as explained above for Installing Twitter follow button with number of followers  except -

You have only to replace "true"  with “false” in the above HTML script.

You can drag the widget to appear it at a desired place on your blog home page, in the layout section of your blog.

That’s all nd you are done, save changes and check your work.
