Every blog/website owner weather new or an experienced, always needs more and more visitors to his posts. Google has provided many tools for this purpose and these tools can be used or set by the users themselves. To speed up the indexing process of your blog post you can use a very effective tool called “Fetch as Google”, sometimes referred to as “Fetch as Googlebot”. This tool will considerably reduce the time taken for your new website or content to get indexed by Google. When you use this tool you are telling Googlebot you want your new website, post or page to be discovered and crawled immediately instead of having to wait for them to be found. To use the Fetch as Google tool you need to have a Google Webmaster Tools account and a verified blog/website.
How to index your blog posts at google
Login to Google Webmaster Tool account using your blog’s ID and pass word. Google webmaster will display the details of your blog. If you have created more than one blogs using the same ID, all the blogs will be listed as follows –

Here you have to enter the URL of the post to be indexed in the box just below ‘Fetch as Google’. Here you need to understand that please do not enter the complete URL of the post, because as you see the home page URL of your blog has already taken by the system automatically in the left side of the box so you need to enter the portion of the URL i.e. complete URL of your blog post minus your blog’s home page URL. If your complete post URL is
“http://www.wikigreen.in/2020/03/microsoft-mouse-without-borders-control.html” please remove the portion in red color and enter the portion in green color only as shown above.”
Now click on fetch button.
Now a process will start to find your post, it may take few seconds depending on the speed of your computer and your internet connection.
Once Google finds the post in your blog it will show ‘Status’ complete.
Click on ‘Submit to index’ and a pop-up window will appear.
